Katarzyna M.Rymarz
Master of Fine Arts

She studied multimedia at Faculty of Art of University of Technology and Humanities in Radom. She lives and works in Lublin, Poland. She is an author of regular solo shows and takes part in international projects. She was one of the candidates nominated by Marek Maria Pieńkowski Foundation for the Most Outstanding Young Artist 2012. In 2013 she took a part in an international show Portas Abertas in Portugal (Fórum Eugénio de Almeida, Évora, curated by Claudia Giannetti). She was one of the two Polish participants in the international artistic project organized by Satellite Collective, New York (curated by Nathan M. Langston, 2015 r ). She is one of international CreArt project artists.
Her main objective is to pose questions. She is attempting to present a symbolic human as biological organism and spirit structure at the same time. In her art she is attempting to appreciate the joy of life as well as its drama. For the topic of her photography, drawing or painting she choses also an object and focuses on its potential.
